Dear Ask a Bitch,
~ What is the perfect temperature to cook a meatloaf?
Dear chef boy- r-can’t,
~Kudos for attempting to cook! Who eats meatloaf anymore? This is clearly
a question you should ask your mother. I bet she would really appreciate
the phone call. Or maybe she can’t cook or you don’t have
a mother, in that case sorry. Our research shows there are many different
temperatures and times to cook your meatloaf. They all depend on the
size thickness and type of meat. General rule of thumb is the thicker
the meat the lower the temperature for a longer time. Be sure not to
cook any lower than 300 degrees. Your best bet is go to the store and
pick up a meat thermometer. When the center of your meatloaf reaches
160 degrees you have reached perfection. Plus it will come in handy
next time you want to cook a turkey.
Good Luck!
love ya bitch!
